Today was a great day. I woke up in the morning, sunshine upon me. I went to univ for some administration stuffs, then we would going to movie. On my way, my flip-flop broke! I spent Rp 9.000 to buy 'sandal jepit' at warung. What a day!
Actually, i was on a recovering time after my fever and flu. Last night, i prayed to God for letting me know whether i'm allowed or not to go to movie (because of my illness) by giving me some signs.. I thought my flip-flop was a don't-go-to-movie-with-your-friends sign.
But i kept move on. Come on! This is holiday! What can i do at home in a LONG holiday? It will be better even if to spend your time at movie, or even just to have a chat with friends at univ garden or what ever.
I reached there and waited for the lecturer almost 2 hours, up and down, right and left, just to find a SUPERBOSSY one, and after a minute meeting, we were done. WOW!
So, then we decided to have lunch at Strawberry Cafe. That was just perfect to spend a whole afternoon with tons of games and unique food.
First of all, we ordered for food. But actually i had eaten at univ while waiting for that bossy person. Well, i had to take medicine on time. (i payed the meal and walked away without them. Just when i wanted to eat with my friends, i realize and went back to that shop to take my meal) So, I ordered just a glass of Little Mermaid which was actually a lemon juice with vanilla ice cream.
Then we picked a game called Ticket To Ride, a game about how to complete your route by passing through railways. This game was great! But i lost! My score was 55, far from my friends'.
Second game we played was the 'tepuk lalat'. This was crazy. Flies are placed on tables, on each of them was written numbers. Roll the dices and try to find numbers on the flies. The last one would be given powder by the other players. (am i talking right? cause i feel like my explaination are just to complicated). Again, im the person who got the most powder on my face.
Last game was Tumblin Monkeys, how to take out the sticks and not let the monkeys falling down. This one was played with lack of concentration and antusiasm because we were all focused on the cusomers next to our table, the kids playing with loud voices. So annoying.
We went home at 4.15, thanks to Bo-chan for the ride! That was just GREAT!
