Well, starting with the easiest one, I'm not gonna show you how to boil water or cook a bowl of instant noodles. This is one of my fave breakfast. I call it roti segitiga.
All you need are just slices of bread, jam, butter, sugar, or whatever you want as to be filled inside the pressed bread. And you need a sandwich toaster. Mine is Sakura Sandwichmaker.

I don't need to explain how to make it, super simple. Elementary kids can do that too. Haha. Give it a try!


P.s : Butter and sugar inside is the best. They blend and turn into a sweet tasty sandwich.

Brownies Recipe
It was a bitter day, when we lost someone we love. But people do come and go. One comes to the world, the other one leaves.

People, including me, have a bad view for death. For me, it feels like brownies. You might think it is bitter since it looks like a burnt cakes, but inside, you'll taste sweetness. Someone's death was a sad story, but have you ever thought that maybe it's  the way God saving us from all of the sufferings we have in this world.

Anyway, I made 2 pans of brownies today. The recipe was written below. It's a very easy cake to bake. Give it a try!


Ingredients :
160 gr chocolate block
160 gr  butter
150 gr sugar
100 gr powder
3 eggs
chopped cashew/chocolate chips/anything you want for topping

Instructions :
-chop the choco block and melt it on boiling water
-add butter to the choco and melt them together
-mix the eggs
-pour the choco-butter to the eggs
-add powder and sugar
-cover the pan with butter and baking paper
-pour the batter into pan and sprinkle the chips (topping)
-bake it

Eclair Soes
My sister loves to eat soes, especially the one my Mom made. My relatives say Mom's soes is always delicious. They do taste delicious, best when you it them straight from the oven. Crispy and smell good!

Since today is my sister's birthday (lunar), Mom was thinking about making a cake from soes. I helped her, but, as I always says, I'm better when I work alone in the kitchen. Mom kept commenting about the way i bake. I'm not expert, that's why i try to learn. LOL

Well, I give you the recipe!

Ingredients :
4 eggs + 2 more yolks
200 gr flour
220 gr butter
420 ml water

Instructions :
-boil the water
-melt the butter in the boiling water (on fire)
-add the flour, mix them altogether until they become batter (then turn off the fire)
-when they're not hot anymore, add the eggs one by one, keep mixing them (better using a mixer)
-put the batter into a piping bag, cut the tip, and squeeze out buns of it into the baking cups
-bake them in the oven for 10-15 minutes

Now we are going to make the filling a.k.a the custard

Ingredients :
80 gr flour
560 ml water
210 gr sugar
3 tablespoons condensed milk
90 gr butter
3 yolks

Instructions :
-pour all ingredients into a pot. Mix them all
-boil it on fire, keep stirring it until it thickening.
-it will take about 5 minutes to thicken while stirring over heat.
-once off heat, let it cools enough to be filled itno the eclairs.

here it is. the soes cake specially made just for my beloved sister.
